Tata Motors’ Commercial Vehicle Arm to List on November 12

Tata Motors’ demerged commercial vehicles business, now renamed Tata Motors Ltd (TMCV), will list on the BSE and NSE on November 12, 2025, marking the completion of its restructuring. Shareholders will get one TMCV share per Tata Motors share. The stock, with 368 crore shares, will trade under the symbol TMCV.
