Tata Steel Gains 2.5% on ₹3,000 Crore Fundraising Plan

Tata Steel shares rose 2.5% on February 21 after announcing the allotment of ₹3,000 crore worth of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for five years at a 7.65% coupon rate. The bonds, rated ‘AAA’ by India Ratings, will be listed on BSE’s Wholesale Debt Market. The stock hit an intra-day high of ₹141.55.
