Vodafone Idea Shares Surge on 5G Rollout in Mumbai

Vodafone Idea Ltd shares jumped nearly 5% after announcing the launch of its 5G services in Mumbai. Partnering with Nokia, Vi has deployed AI-based network optimization for better performance. The company plans a ₹50,000-₹55,000 crore investment in network expansion over the next three years. Vi is also in talks with Starlink and other satellite firms for enhanced connectivity.
