Waaree Energies slid up to 6% after confirming Income Tax officials visited its offices and facilities. The company said proceedings are ongoing and it is fully cooperating. The stock traded 4% lower at ₹3,148 (at the time of posting) on November 19, though it remains up 17% in 2025.
