360 ONE Portfolio Managers sold a 1.4% stake in Energy Infrastructure Trust, the InvIT backed by Brookfield’s Rapid Holdings 2, through open market deals on September 22. The fund offloaded 93 lakh units at ₹82.3 each, valuing the transaction at ₹76.5 crore. Units of the InvIT closed 0.27% higher at ₹82.22 on the BSE. Energy Infrastructure Trust’s key asset is the East-West Pipeline, connecting gas fields in Andhra Pradesh to consumption hubs in Gujarat.
