Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd delivered a strong Q3 performance, with net profit surging 35% YoY to ₹502 crore, driven by robust execution across hospitals, diagnostics, and omni-channel health-commerce businesses. The company also announced an interim dividend of ₹10 per share. Consolidated revenue rose 17% YoY to ₹6,477 crore, while EBITDA increased 27% to ₹965 crore, translating into a 112 bps margin expansion to 14.9%, despite absorbing ₹124 crore of Apollo 24/7 costs, including a ₹38 crore non-cash ESOP charge.
