Apollo Hospitals to Announce Q1 FY26 Results on August 12

Apollo Hospitals will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2025, to approve its Q1 FY26 financial results (April–June quarter). This update was shared with the BSE and NSE on July 16. As per SEBI rules, trading is restricted for insiders (promoters, directors, key staff) from July 1 to August 14, 2025, to prevent unfair trading.
