Big Investments in Telecom, Finance & Services in May

In May, big investors like mutual funds and foreign investors put a lot of money into telecom, finance, and services sectors — totaling over ₹78,500 crore, the highest since last September. Mutual funds invested most in financial services (₹17,370 crore), telecom (₹5,730 crore), and services (₹4,061 crore). Foreign investors (FIIs) also added big amounts: ₹8,089 crore in telecom and ₹7,972 crore in services. FMCG got good mutual fund support (₹10,213 crore), but FIIs showed less interest.
