Shares of Deepak Nitrite slipped 1.08% to Rs 1,769.50 on the BSE on Tuesday, touching a fresh 52-week low of Rs 1,769.00 during intraday trade at 1:32 pm. The stock, a constituent of the Nifty Midcap 150 index, has been under pressure amid weak quarterly performance and overall bearish market sentiment. For the quarter ending June 2025, the company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,889.88 crore, down 12.78% YoY and 13.29% sequentially. Net profit plunged 44.58% YoY to Rs 112.25 crore, compared to Rs 202.53 crore in June 2024, while EPS stood at Rs 8.23. On an annual basis, consolidated revenue for FY25 rose 7.81% YoY to Rs 8,281.93 crore, but net profit fell 14% YoY to Rs 697.37 crore, marking the second consecutive year of profit decline. The company’s ROE dropped to 12.93% in FY25 from 16.90% a year earlier, while debt-to-equity rose to 0.22. Deepak Nitrite announced a final dividend of Rs 7.50 per share, effective August 4, 2025.
