Emcure Pharma Drops 2% After Block Deal; Bain May Offload 2.4% Stake

Emcure Pharmaceuticals shares fell 2% on July 4 after a large block deal involving 45.5 lakh shares worth ₹574 crore at ₹1,262 each. Reports suggest Bain Capital-backed BC Investments IV may sell a 2.4% stake for ₹551 crore, below the previous close. The stock, already down 13% this year, was trading at ₹1,255 at 9:25 a.m. Kotak Securities is managing the deal.
