HDFC Bank May Announce Bonus Shares and Special Dividend on July 19

HDFC Bank will hold a board meeting on July 19 to decide on giving bonus shares to its shareholders — this would be the bank’s first-ever bonus issue. It may also give a special dividend for the current financial year (FY26). The date to decide who will get the bonus and dividend is not yet announced. The bank will also share its April-June (Q1) results after the meeting. The stock is up 12% in 2025 so far.
