Hindustan Unilever Shares Slip Nearly 1% Despite Strong Financial Growth

Shares of Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) were trading lower at ₹2,596.30, down 0.98% from the previous close, in Friday’s session with over 2.14 lakh shares changing hands. On the financial front, HUL has delivered consistent growth. For FY25, the company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹63,121 crore, up from ₹61,896 crore in FY24. Net profit rose to ₹10,679 crore compared to ₹10,286 crore a year earlier, while EPS improved to ₹45.32 from ₹43.74. Quarterly performance also reflects steady progress. Revenue for the quarter ending June 2025 stood at ₹16,514 crore, with a net profit of ₹2,769 crore, compared to ₹15,707 crore revenue and ₹2,614 crore profit in June 2024. EPS for the June 2025 quarter rose to ₹11.73 from ₹11.11. Corporate actions continue to add shareholder value. HUL declared a final dividend of ₹24 per share in April 2025, effective June 23. Earlier, it announced an interim dividend of ₹19 per share and a special dividend of ₹10 per share in October 2024.
