Infosys Foundation Launches ₹200 Cr Job Skilling Program for 5 Lakh Youth

Infosys Foundation has launched the ₹200-crore Springboard Livelihood Program to help 5 lakh job seekers find employment by 2030. Through its digital platform, Infosys Springboard, the initiative offers training in AI, digital marketing, finance, and soft skills. Over 80,000 candidates have already been placed in FY25. The program targets both STEM and non-STEM roles and partners with 20 organizations to enhance reach and impact.
