Shares of Jyoti CNC Automation fell nearly 4% on June 30 after a large block deal saw 6.06% equity (1.37 crore shares) change hands for ₹1,499 crore at ₹1,087 per share — a 3.7% discount to the previous close. At 9:15 am, the stock was trading at ₹1,080.5 on the NSE.
