M&M Shares Decline Despite Strong Q1 FY26 Performance; Stock Among Top Nifty Losers
Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) fell 2.14% to ₹3,224.80 in Friday’s trade, ranking among the top losers on the Nifty 50 alongside Infosys, Adani Enterprises, Eternal, and Dr Reddy’s Labs. Despite the decline, M&M reported strong financials for Q1 FY26 (June 2025 quarter), with consolidated revenue rising to ₹45,529 crore from ₹37,217 crore a year earlier. Net profit stood at ₹3,898 crore, up from ₹3,221 crore in June 2024. On an annual basis, sales grew to ₹1,58,749 crore in FY25 compared to ₹74,277 crore in FY21, while net profit climbed to ₹12,535 crore from ₹2,425 crore during the same period.
