Markets Open Flat; Auto Stocks Rise on U.S. Tariff Relief

On Tuesday, April 29, the stock markets (Sensex and Nifty) opened almost flat. Sensex was at 80,218 and Nifty at 24,326. Auto stocks went up because the U.S. said it will reduce some taxes on car parts.
