Plutus Wealth Management Picks Up Stakes in Vikram Solar and Sammaan Capital via Bulk Deals

Plutus Wealth Management made major moves in the market on August 26, the day Vikram Solar debuted on the bourses. The firm purchased 20 lakh shares of Vikram Solar at an average price of ₹352.33 per share, valuing the deal at nearly ₹70.5 crore. Vikram Solar’s ₹2,079-crore IPO, subscribed over 54 times, listed at ₹338 on NSE—about 2% higher than its issue price of ₹332. The stock surged nearly 13% intraday to ₹381.65 before closing the debut session at ₹357.50, up 6% from its listing price. Alongside, Plutus Wealth Management also bought 42.5 lakh shares of Sammaan Capital at an average of ₹119.69 apiece, worth around ₹51 crore. The stock closed the day at ₹118.29, down over 2%, though it has recovered 21% from its April low of ₹97.61. Plutus already held around 8% stake in Sammaan Capital as of the June quarter.
