Saatvik Green Energy IPO: Analysts Recommend ‘Subscribe’ on Strong Growth Prospects

Saatvik Green Energy Ltd (SGEL), a solar PV module manufacturer and EPC provider established in 2015, has launched its ₹900 crore IPO. The company, listed under MNRE’s Approved List of Module Manufacturers (ALMM), operates three facilities in Ambala, Haryana with a 4.8 GW module capacity and ~69 MW of EPC projects. SGEL manufactures high-efficiency Mono PERC and N-TopCon modules in both mono-facial and bifacial variants, catering to residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar applications. 🔎 Valuation & Outlook At the upper price band of ₹465, SGEL is valued at 27.6x FY25 P/E, which analysts consider reasonable compared to peers. With expanding capacity, backward integration, improving balance sheet, and declining debt, the company is well-positioned to ride India’s solar energy boom. Brokerages have given a ‘Subscribe’ rating on a long-term basis, citing strong fundamentals and sector tailwinds. #SaatvikGreen #IPO #SolarEnergy #Renewables #GreenEnergy #StockMarket
