Sun Life Excel India Fund Buys 0.9% Stake in All Time Plastics; Authum Falls on Promoter Stake Sale

In a key bulk deal on Thursday, Sun Life Excel India Fund, managed by SLGI Asset Management Inc, acquired a 0.9% stake in All Time Plastics Ltd, signaling institutional confidence in the newly listed company. According to exchange data, the fund purchased 5.92 lakh shares at ₹302.9 per share. Meanwhile, ICICI Bank offloaded 3.55 lakh shares (0.54% stake) at ₹293.97 per share. All Time Plastics, which manufactures consumerware products for IKEA, Tesco, Michaels, and Asda Stores, also markets items under its own brand. The company’s stock debuted earlier this month, advancing 3.02% to ₹283.3 per share on listing day. 📉 Authum Investment Under Pressure Shares of Authum Investment & Infrastructure slipped 3.01% to ₹2,897.7, after its promoter entity Mentor Capital sold 46.61 lakh shares (2.74% stake) via open market transactions at ₹2,500.58 per share. As of June 2025, promoters collectively held 74.95% stake in the company, with Mentor Capital accounting for 9.65%. In a related deal, Fidelity Securities Fund, via its Blue Chip Growth Fund, acquired 27.4 lakh shares (1.61% stake) at ₹2,500 per share. 🏗️ Other Bulk Deal Action Allanzers Fin Net bought 19.75 lakh units of TVS Infrastructure Trust at ₹101.26 per unit, from Larsen & Toubro.
