TCS is strengthening its AI infrastructure strategy, following its partnership with OpenAI to build AI data centers in India. CEO K Krithivasan said the company is in advanced talks with multiple hyperscalers for similar partnerships. India is expected to need ~10 GW of AI data center capacity by 2030, while only about 5–6 GW has been announced, creating a major growth opportunity.
