The company reported a strong operational performance for FY2026. Booking value rose 16 percent to Rs 34,171 crore, marking the highest-ever annual booking value reported by an Indian real estate developer. The metric has also grown at a three-year CAGR of 41 percent. Collections increased 17 percent year-on-year to Rs 19,965 crore, also the highest ever for the company, with a three-year CAGR of 30 percent. Direct construction spend surged 62 percent during the year, while operating cash flow rose 5 percent to Rs 7,830 crore, reflecting steady cash generation. Godrej Properties added projects with a future sales potential of Rs 42,100 crore during FY2026, achieving over 200 percent of its guidance and registering a 59 percent year-on-year growth. The company also delivered projects spanning 12.1 million square feet during the year, surpassing its guidance and achieving 121 percent of its target. Commenting on the Q4 updates, Godrej Properties CEO and MD Gaurav Pandey said: "Our business development additions with a future booking value potential of over Rs 42,000 crore in FY2026 will ensure that we continue to have a strong launch pipeline in the years ahead and the combined operating cash flow of over Rs 15,000 crore we have generated in the past two financial years enables us to invest for growth while continuing to strengthen our balance sheet."
