ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company on January 14 reported a net profit of Rs 917.09 crore for the October-December quarter of the ongoing financial year 2026. This marks a 45 percent year-on-year (YoY) rise from the Rs 631.84 crore net profit reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The newly-listed firm's revenue from operations meanwhile rose around 23.5 percent to Rs 1,514.67 crore during the quarter under review. Expenses grew 8.5 percent to Rs 404.78 crore. Along with the Q3 results, the company announced an interim dividend of Rs 14.85 per equity share. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set on July 21. ICICI Prudential AMC’s unique customers count stood at 16.17 million at the end of the December quarter of FY26, as compared to 14.33 million at the end of the same period of the previous financial year. Monthly systematic transactions for the month of December, 2025 rose to 50.37 billion as compared to 42.47 billion in the month of December, 2024.
