- Proposed capacity expansion The company has entered into a Leave and License Agreement with Andhra Mahila Sabha to take approximately 1.168 acres of land in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on a long-term lease for setting up a super speciality hospital. The proposed capacity expansion is around 300 beds, and the investment in the project is expected to be around Rs 300 crore. Additionally, KIMS has made a further investment in tranches by acquiring an additional 6.94% equity stake in material subsidiary Sarvejana Healthcare for Rs 148.09 crore.
