Momentum Investing for Long Term 1) For long term Investing based on momentum following points are to be considered 2) Stock should have given breakout on weekly or Monthly chart 3) All RSI i.e daily, weekly and monthly shall be above 60. 4) Breakout shall be with good volume 5) Price action shall be positive - Stock on radar -

6) No near-term resistance after the breakout - at least after breakout no near-term resistance up to 20-30% 7) Sector shall be the trending one - Gold Loan Sector 8) Nifty bias positive i.e. monthly RSI for Nifty shall be above 60 9) Risk reward shall be 1:5 minimum in long term investing 10) Have good diversification i.e. have minimum 12-14 stocks in long term portfolio 11) Need to rebalance considering the market scenario Thank you, Technofunda24
