Enviro Infra: Water Boom Multibagger?

EIEL
India's water sector is exploding with Rs 8.7 lakh crore in projects, driven by Jal Jeevan Mission extended to 2028. Enviro Infra Engineers, a key player, builds sewage treatment plants, water supply systems, and effluent treatment units. Unlike big names like L&T or Adani, this small-cap gem offers huge upside for shareholders. Company Edge Enviro Infra handles full project cycles: design, build, and maintain. It focuses on high-margin sewage and effluent plants (20-25% margins) over low-margin water supply. With 15+ years experience across 12 states, it has executed STPs, CETPs, and ZLD systems. Recent wins include Rs 411 Cr Bihar sewerage (20 MLD STP, 196 km network, 5-year O&M) and Rs 400 Cr Maharashtra ZLD upgrade using RO, UF tech. Order book nears Rs 3,000 Cr, visibility to 2028 from govt funds (Rs 2 lakh Cr left). Revenue hit Rs 250 Cr in Dec 2025 (up 1% YoY), PAT Rs 173 Cr FY25 (up from Rs 114 Cr). Shareholder Boost This water boom is a jackpot for investors. Stock at Rs 160 (Mar 2026), market cap Rs 2,800 Cr, low PE 13.7, ROCE high, promoters hold 70% (rising). Shares jumped 10-12% on orders, 52-wk high Rs 306. Growth from bids worth Rs 5,000 Cr promises multibagger returns via revenue surge, margins, EPS rise (TTM Rs 11.64, +18% YoY). No debt issues, strong cash flow from govt projects. Risks like execution delays exist, but pan-India expansion and solar ventures add buffers. Overall, highly beneficial—buyers see wealth multiply as India fixes water crisis.
