In a trending uptrend market, the Higher Low (HL) concept indicates that buyers are becoming stronger and are willing to buy at progressively higher price levels. When a stock moves upward, corrects temporarily, and then finds support above its previous swing low, it forms a higher low, suggesting that buying pressure remains strong and the bullish trend may continue. If the stock subsequently breaks its previous swing high with good volume, it can provide additional confirmation of bullish momentum. Traders often look for entries near a confirmed higher-low support zone, while keeping a stop-loss below the recent swing low. However, a higher low alone does not guarantee further upside; volume, market conditions, fundamental strength and price action should also be considered.
