TEXMACO RAIL: COMPANY FORMS JV WITH RVNL FOR ROLLING STOCK AND RAIL INFRA PROJECTS JV agreement signed on August 27, 2025, with Texmaco Rail holding 49 percent and RVNL 51 percent. Scope includes manufacturing and maintenance of locomotives, wagons, coaches, trainsets, metro coaches, and execution of EPC rail infra projects. JV will also bid in domestic and international tenders and manage railway workshops and depots. Texmaco Rail to invest ₹4.9 crore as initial cash contribution. JV expected to be operational by December 2025, subject to approvals.
