A trendline support zone is an area on a price chart formed by connecting multiple higher lows in an uptrend, creating a rising support line along with a small price range around it rather than a single exact line. This zone represents a region where buying interest repeatedly emerges, causing price to bounce upward whenever it approaches the trendline. Since markets rarely respect precise prices, treating the trendline as a zone helps traders account for minor fluctuations, false breakouts, and wicks, making support more reliable. As long as price holds above this support zone, the underlying trend remains strong, while a decisive breakdown below the zone may signal trend weakness or reversal.
