YES Bank has several important developments ahead of its Q2 FY27 results on 17 October 2026, when the bank will announce its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. Its provisional business update shows strong growth, with loans and advances rising 23.8% year-on-year to ₹3.10 lakh crore, while deposits increased 19.5% to ₹3.54 lakh crore; however, the CASA ratio declined to 30% from 33.7% a year ago, which remains an important factor to monitor because a higher CASA ratio generally supports lower funding costs. The bank has also scheduled an analyst and investor conference call for 17 October to discuss its results. Recent corporate disclosures include the allotment of shares under employee stock-option schemes, while an earlier plan to raise $500 million through dollar bonds was withdrawn in August amid unfavourable market conditions. Investors should closely track Q2 net profit, net interest margin (NIM), asset quality, slippages, credit costs and deposit growth when the results are released. Strong loan growth is positive, but profitability and margins will determine whether the results meet market expectations; the stock could remain volatile around the announcement#FundamentalViews
