- Domestic GPU Cloud Champion Positioned for AI Growth Cycle

E2E
, India’s only listed homegrown GPU cloud provider, is strategically positioned at the core of the AI compute layer within the data centre ecosystem. With a structurally lower cost base, strong Nvidia partnership, and asset-light expansion model, the company is scaling aggressively to capture rising demand from AI/ML workloads and sovereign cloud initiatives. Long-term prospects are supported by secular AI adoption, government-backed infrastructure programs, and strategic synergies with
LT
. E2E has built a lean operating model leveraging open-source technology and startup engagement. Despite global hyperscaler presence, it competes effectively on performance and pricing. Its Nvidia partnership ensures access to high-performance GPUs (H100, H200, A100), deployed across its compute infrastructure. E2E operates with 10 MW IT power capacity and ~3,900 GPUs at Noida and Chennai, with utilisation at 40–45%. Infrastructure supports scaling to 8,000–10,000 GPUs. The Chennai facility is live, Panvel deployment is planned, and procurement of up to 4,096 Blackwell GPUs is underway by FY26. E2E is empaneled as an L1 provider under the India AI Mission, securing orders worth ₹88 crore and ₹177 crore. L&T’s 21% stake enhances credibility, enterprise reach, and customer acquisition, while reducing concentration risk. Synergies will be a key monitorable. Between FY23–25, revenue/EBITDA/PAT grew at a CAGR of 57%/71%/119%. Q1FY26 was weak due to technical delays at Chennai, while Q2FY26 improved with AI Mission traction but reported a net loss of ₹13 crore, driven by higher depreciation. Gross debt/equity is low at 0.1x, with ₹420 crore cash and incremental debt facilities of ₹450 crore. Jarvis Labs acquisition adds academic/research penetration. Management guides GPU utilisation to reach 80–90% by March FY26, supporting exit MRR of ₹35–40 crore and steady-state EBITDA margins of ~70%.
