NETWEB
: Strong Positioning, Tight Valuation, and Emerging Risks

NETWEB
has seen its stock surge nearly 80% in the past six months, supported by strong order wins and its unique positioning as Nvidia’s exclusive OEM partner in India. The company has built deep R&D capabilities across HPC, AI systems, and private‑cloud HCI, helping it consistently exceed its revenue growth guidance. However, growth moderation, rising competition, and heavy dependence on government orders have begun to weigh on sentiment. With valuations now demanding, the margin for error has narrowed considerably. Netweb secured two major orders worth ₹2,184 crore in September. As Nvidia’s sole OEM partner in India, it receives access to Nvidia’s products 12–24 months ahead of competitors, giving it a meaningful technology edge and enabling it to surpass its 35–40% revenue growth guidance. Through partnerships with Nvidia, AMD, and Intel, Netweb has built strong R&D depth across HPC, AI systems, and private‑cloud HCI. Its position as India’s only full‑stack provider of high‑end computing solutions has kept margins above EMS peers, with EBITDA at 13–14% and PAT at 9–10%. Government initiatives such as IndiaAI, the National Supercomputing Mission, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act offer long‑term support. Netweb has also secured PLI incentives. Yet, despite $70 billion of data‑centre commitments from global tech giants, data‑centre customers contribute only 3% of revenue. Revenue growth in core segments has slowed from 154% in FY22 to 61% in FY25. ICICI Securities expects a 59% CAGR through FY25–28, leaving little room for execution misses. H1FY26 revenue growth of 51% YoY disappointed investors, triggering a 20% stock correction since 1 November. With 70–75% of the supercomputing business and 43% of total revenue tied to government orders, Netweb faces lumpy inflows and working‑capital strain. Client concentration is rising, with the top five customers contributing over half of revenue. At 47.5x FY27 earnings, valuations appear stretched.
