Q1 FY26 performance:

→ First Profitable Quarter at Scale of

: Reported net profit of ₹123 crore in Q1 FY26, a turnaround from ₹840 crore net loss in Q1 FY25 and ₹539.8 crore loss in Q4 FY25. Excluding one-time Esop-related expenses, Q4 loss was ₹23 crore. → Revenue Growth: Revenue from operations rose 28% YoY to ₹1,918 crore, driven by merchant subscriptions and financial services. Financial services revenue doubled YoY to ₹561 crore. → Positive EBITDA without Adjustments: Reported ₹72 crore EBITDA, the first quarter with “pure” EBITDA (no ESOP adjustments). → Segment Performance: Payment services revenue grew 23% YoY to ₹1,110 crore. Net payment margin rose 38% YoY to ₹529 crore due to better device additions and processing margins. → Leadership Changes & Outlook: CFO Madhur Deora to step down from board post-AGM but will remain as CFO.
