Marking its tenth anniversary, Jio Platforms has received board approval to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI today, initiating a massive value-unlocking phase for

(RIL) shareholders. Dominant Market Position: Over the past decade, Jio has radically transformed India's connectivity landscape to emerge as the nation's largest telecom operator by subscriber volume. Transition to 5G: A primary pillar of Jio's future strategy involves migrating its entire subscriber base to "True 5G" by 2030, leveraging network-slicing capabilities to offer premium enterprise and consumer solutions. Rapid Broadband Expansion: Through JioAirFiber, the company is aggressively scaling high-speed home internet connectivity, currently adding up to 60,000 new connections daily across India. Next-Gen Ecosystem: Jio is expanding beyond traditional telecom by embedding AI across its ecosystem, accelerating SME digitisation with JioPC, and building a low-earth orbit satellite broadband network to reach remote areas. Global Tech Ambitions: Having established a robust, home-grown 5G and AI technology stack, Jio plans to monetize its intellectual property by exporting these solutions to international partners in select global markets
