Revenue visibility of Waaree Energies from its US operations

Over the past month, Waaree Energies has secured a series of back-to-back international orders through its US subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas. The company recently won a 540 MW solar module supply contract from a major US utility-scale developer, with deliveries split between 2025 and 2027–28. This follows other recent large wins, including orders for 586 MW and 599 MW of solar modules earlier this month. Based on the disclosed value of the one of the orders—estimated at approximately ₹1,800 crore—the combined value of these three deals is likely in the range of ₹5,000–₹5,500 crore. These orders, coupled with its existing order book, provide Waaree Energies with strong revenue visibility over the next three to four years from its US operations. 3100 is key level to watch for.
