Private equity firm Warburg Pincus is planning to fully exit its investment in
HOMEFIRST
through a block deal. A Warburg Pincus entity, Orange Clove Investments BV, is looking to sell its entire stake of approximately 10.3% in the company.
The block deal is structured to sell shares worth up to $143 million. The indicative price range for the sale is ₹1,143 to ₹1,202 per share, which represents a discount of up to 4.9% from the last traded price on August 8.
ICICI Securities is acting as the sole book runner for the proposed transaction. As of the latest exchange data, Orange Clove Investments BV holds a 10.64% stake in the firm. This strategic divestment marks a complete exit for Warburg Pincus from Home First Finance, allowing the firm to realize its investment. Home First Finance is also backed by other private equity firms, including True North.
