's Strategic Acquisition of HARMAN's DTS Unit

is set to acquire the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit from HARMAN, a Samsung company, in a deal valued at $375 million. This strategic move aims to accelerate Wipro's capabilities in the next-generation engineering research and development (ER&D) services sector. Expanded Service Offerings: The acquisition will enhance Wipro's service portfolio, particularly in AI-powered digital engineering, device engineering, and design-to-manufacturing. Scale and Scope: DTS brings a global team of over 5,600 employees across 14 countries, which will be integrated into Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line.
