Info Edge Doubles Down on AI and Deeptech, Invests Over ₹1,000 Crore Since 2020

$NAUKRI the parent company of Naukri, has invested over ₹1,003 crore across 54 AI and deeptech startups since 2020, underscoring its long-term conviction in emerging technologies. The investments span areas such as enterprise AI, robotics, semiconductors, spacetech, biotechnology, and electric mobility. The company stated that it began backing AI and deeptech ventures well before they became mainstream investment themes. Of the total, ₹614 crore has been invested in 28 AI startups, with the portfolio currently valued at ₹1,268 crore, implying a 2.1x return on invested capital. The deeptech portfolio has received ₹455 crore across 30 companies and is valued at ₹559 crore. Overall, Info Edge and its managed funds have deployed nearly ₹4,900 crore across 135 startups, with the portfolio now valued at around ₹41,300 crore.
