Lodha Developers eyes ₹14,000 cr launches in H2 FY26 to hit ₹21,000 cr pre-sales goal

LODHA
plans to launch 15 housing projects worth about ₹14,000 crore in the second half of FY26, covering around 10 million sq ft across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Bengaluru. These launches are part of its strategy to stay on track for FY26 pre-sales guidance of ₹21,000 crore, after achieving ₹9,020 crore of sales bookings in H1 FY26, up 8% year-on-year. Project pipeline and markets * H2 FY26 launches: 10 million sq ft across 15 residential projects, largely in MMR with selective expansions in Pune and Bengaluru. * H1 FY26 launches: Projects worth ₹8,300 crore in Q1 and ₹4,900 crore in Q2, indicating a strong first-half launch run-rate. Sales performance * Q2 FY26 pre-sales rose 7% to ₹4,570 crore versus ₹4,290 crore a year earlier, supported by robust housing demand. * FY25 sales bookings were ₹17,630 crore versus ₹14,520 crore in the prior year, and the company has delivered 110 million sq ft so far with over 130 million sq ft under development/planning. Strategic moves * Focus remains on boosting sales in ongoing projects rather than relying only on fresh launches to hit annual pre-sales targets. * Lodha is also preparing to enter the Delhi-NCR market, with a pilot housing project likely in Gurugram as its first footprint in the region.
