Puravankara Q2 Sales Booking Up 4% to ₹1,322 Crore
Real estate developer
PURVA
reported a 4% year-on-year increase in sales bookings (pre-sales) in Q2 FY26, with bookings rising from ₹1,270 crore in the same quarter last year to ₹1,322 crore.
In the first half (April–September), the company’s cumulative sales bookings reached ₹2,445 crore, up from ₹2,349 crore a year ago. The increase came even as certain macro headwinds tested the realty sector.
Key Trends & Metrics
* The volume of area booked in Q2 stood at 1.50 million sq ft, contributing to 2.75 million sq ft for H1.
* Average realisations also firmed up: ₹8,814 per sq ft in Q2 (a ~7% increase YoY) and ₹8,891 per sq ft for H1 (an ~8% increase).
* The uptick in realisation suggests that more buyers are accepting higher pricing, potentially because of better product mix or market acceptance.
What This Suggests for Puravankara & Sector
* The modest growth amid a challenging realty backdrop shows resilience, especially in balancing volume and price growth.
* Demand in residential real estate still exists, particularly in markets where execution credibility and project quality matter.
* Going ahead, the ability to convert bookings into collections, manage execution, and avoid margin erosion will be vital for sustainability.
