will invest about ₹4,800 crore to develop a new luxury housing project, “Sarvam at DXP Estate”, on Dwarka Expressway (Sector 37D, Gurugram) spread over ~13.56 acres, with a planned 1,798 apartments. In the first phase, the company is offering around 50% of the total units in a ₹3–4 crore price band, and construction is expected to start soon with completion targeted by 2032. The company plans to fund the development largely through internal accruals, including customer advances, and is positioning the project around sustainability/wellness with IGBC Platinum certification and curated lifestyle tie-ups (including the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy). Management said the launch supports its ambition to meet a ₹12,500 crore annual sales bookings target, after reporting FY25 sales bookings of ₹10,290 crore and a softer H1FY26 pre-sales trend.
