UCO Bank Q3: Profit Up 16% on Lower Provisions + Retail Loan Momentum

's Q3 FY26 net profit rose 16% YoY to ₹739 crore, supported by a 6% increase in pre-provision operating profit to ₹1,680 crore and lower provisions of ₹525 crore (down from ₹590 crore YoY). ​ Net interest income grew 11% YoY to ₹2,646 crore, though other income fell 27% to ₹869 crore. Balance Sheet Growth and Margins Gross advances expanded 17% YoY to ₹2.44 lakh crore, driven by 26% growth in retail, agriculture, and MSME loans. ​ Deposits rose nearly 11% to ₹3.10 lakh crore, with CASA ratio improving to 38.4%; NIM rose to 3.08% QoQ from 2.90% but was down from 3.17% YoY.
