HCL Technologies Limited (HCLTECH) has been selected by UK-based M Group to modernize IT operations across more than 200 locations. HCLTech will provide AI-led managed services covering infrastructure and end-user operations and will deploy its AI Force service transformation platform. My view- The important point is the scale of the deployment across more than 200 locations and the use of HCLTech's AI Force platform. The contract adds another example of AI-led transformation being integrated into HCLTech's managed services business. The key factor I would watch is how such AI-led engagements translate into deal value, revenue contribution and margin performance over the coming quarters.
