) has approved the acquisition of the operating Novotel Imagicaa hotel in Khopoli, Maharashtra, from Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited for ₹248 crore.

Your view
This is an acquisition-led expansion rather than a greenfield project. The key factor is whether the acquired property can contribute consistently to revenue and cash flows after integration.
Juniper reported Q1 FY27 revenue of ₹249.53 crore, up 13.04% YoY, while consolidated net profit increased to ₹33.26 crore from ₹9 crore in Q1 FY26.
The stock closed at ₹214.32 on September 16. I will be watching the transaction completion, property performance and future room-level profitability.
