Technical Analysis of IRFC.

The stock was in a clear downtrend falling from the 136 level down to the 88-90 range in early April. Recently it has shown a strong recovery from the bottom. The short-term trend has turned positive and it is currently consolidating near 105.82. Immediate Support 100 this is a strong psychological round number and a recent breakout zone. Major Support: The 93-96 zone. If the stock drops this area will act as a strong safety net. Immediate resistance 106-108. The stock is currently facing some selling pressure here and trying to break out. Next Target 112-116. If the stock successfully breaks above 108 it can move up to test this higher zone. For existing holders it is best to hold the stock with a strict stop-loss around the 100 level as the recent recovery shows good bullish momentum. If the price successfully crosses and sustains above the 108 resistance you can expect short-term targets of 112 to 116. For new buyers it is safer to wait for a clear daily closing above 108 with high volume before entering a fresh swing trade. Alternatively buyers can look for low-risk entry opportunities if the stock dips toward the strong support zone near 100. Technical analysis is based on historical patterns and does not guarantee future results. Always use a Stop-Loss to manage your risk.
