Technical Analysis Reliance Industries

The stock

RELIANCE
is powerful bull rally throughout 2025 where the price climbed from a solid base around ₹1160 all the way to the ₹1600 territory the stock has entered a corrective phase in early 2026. The price faced strong rejection near the ₹1600 highs, breaking its immediate higher-low market structure with a sharp sell-off. It recently found a temporary floor near ₹1320 and is currently attempting a bounce. Immediate support the recent swing low around ₹1320 is the first line of defense. If the price breaks and closes below this level the stock could slide toward the deeper historical support zone between ₹1200 and ₹1274. Immediate resistance to regain true bullish momentum the stock needs to clear the overhead supply zone at ₹1480 to ₹1520. The ultimate resistance remains at the previous major peak near ₹1600. For a high-probability technical setup it is usually safer to wait for either a strong base formation near the ₹1320 support or a confident high-volume breakout above the ₹1500 resistance level before taking fresh positions. When broader market sentiment is highly positive heavyweights like Reliance usually attract massive institutional inflows which drives the price up and naturally lifts the overall value of managed equity portfolios. Conversely during periods of global panic or bearish sentiment highly liquid large-cap stocks are often the first targets for aggressive profit-booking by major funds. As a result even if the core business remains fundamentally strong a negative market mood can trigger sharp short-term drops making it crucial to weigh these macro trends before planning fresh capital deployments. Technical analysis is based on historical patterns and does not guarantee future results. Always use a Stop-Loss to manage your risk.
