is currently trading around ₹178 and the chart shows a clear downtrend that started after the stock peaked near ₹268 in January 2026. Before that, from December 2025 to January 2026 the stock was in a strong uptrend, moving up from around ₹195 to ₹268. But after January 22 a sharp fall began dragging the price down to around ₹196 by March on the back of very heavy selling volume that day.
Immediate support is placed around ₹175–178 which is the current trading zone and has already been tested multiple times in July. If this level breaks on the downside the next support comes in near ₹170. On the resistance side the first hurdle is around ₹190–195 an area from where the stock has reversed lower in recent weeks. Above that a stronger resistance sits near ₹210 which capped the price during the March–June consolidation phase. Further up major resistance levels are visible at ₹240 and then ₹254.
Wipro is holding near its key support of ₹175–178 making it worth watching for a bounce but the broader trend is still weak so entries need a tight stop-loss below ₹175 and confirmation above ₹190 before turning bullish. Existing holders can continue holding as long as ₹175 support isn't broken on a closing basis since a break below this level would weaken the case for holding further.
