HDFC Bank has reported impressive financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing significant growth across key metrics. The bank's Profit Before Tax (PBT) less Other Income surged to Rs 11,315.77 crore, reflecting a remarkable year-on-year growth of 570.77%. This positive trend indicates a strong performance in the near term. Net Interest Income reached an all-time high of Rs 32,065.80 crore, marking consistent growth over the last five quarters. Similarly, the bank's Interest Earned also peaked at Rs 77,460.11 crore, demonstrating a robust sales trend. Operating Profit, recorded at Rs 14,508.82 crore, and Operating Profit Margin, which stands at 18.73%, further highlight the bank's improved efficiency. Additionally, HDFC Bank achieved a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 17,616.14 crore and an Earnings per Share (EPS) of Rs 23.02, both the highest in the last five quarters. While the bank's Non-Operating Income constitutes 51.53% of its PBT, the overall financial performance reflects a strong operational foundation and a commitment to enhancing shareholder value.
