ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has reported impressive financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a robust performance in the insurance sector. The company achieved net sales of Rs 6,395.57 crore, marking the highest quarterly figure in the last five quarters. This positive trend is further reflected in the operating profit, which reached Rs 980.74 crore, also the highest in the same period. The profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 980.74 crore, demonstrating a significant year-on-year growth of 27.29%. Similarly, the profit after tax (PAT) was recorded at Rs 747.08 crore, reflecting a remarkable increase of 28.7% compared to the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 15.04, indicating enhanced profitability and value for shareholders. Additionally, ICICI Lombard has declared a dividend per share of Rs 12.50, the highest in the last five years, showcasing its commitment to returning value to its investors. While the annual operating cash flow has seen a decline, the overall financial performance highlights the company's strong position in the insurance industry.
