The company’s net sales for the quarter reached a record ₹34,309.31 crores, setting a new high-water mark in its revenue generation. This figure stands out against historical quarterly data, indicating a period of robust top-line activity. Alongside this, the PBDIT (Profit Before Depreciation, Interest and Taxes) also attained its highest quarterly level at ₹3,790.79 crores, underscoring operational scale. Operating profit as a percentage of net sales touched 11.05%, the peak for the company in recent quarters. This ratio provides insight into the efficiency of core operations relative to revenue, suggesting a maintained or slightly adjusted cost structure amid expanding sales volumes. Profit before tax less other income (PBT less OI) was recorded at ₹2,126.36 crores, while the net profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹1,649.73 crores, both representing quarterly highs. Earnings per share (EPS) also reflected this upward movement, reaching ₹1.42 for the period.
