Olectra Greentech, a microcap player in the automobile industry, has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The company declared its results on August 9, 2025, revealing a flat financial performance with a score decline from 15 to 4 over the past three months. In terms of positive developments, Olectra Greentech reported net sales of Rs 796.14 crore for the latest six months, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 32.08%. Profit After Tax (PAT) also showed a positive trend, reaching Rs 47.03 crore, which is a 24.71% increase compared to the previous year. Additionally, the company achieved a Debtors Turnover Ratio of 2.60 times, indicating improved efficiency in settling debts. Conversely, the company faced challenges, with interest expenses rising to Rs 31.60 crore, marking a 43.90% increase over the previous half-year period. The Debt-Equity Ratio reached its highest point in five half-yearly periods at 0.24 times, suggesting increased borrowing to support operations. Furthermore, non-operating income peaked at Rs 5.33 crore, raising concerns about sustainability.
